Carnival by the sea: humor and atmosphere with an edge

Sunday, March 2, it will rain confetti in Oostduinkerke, as the annual Great Carnival Procession passes through its streets. This cheerful event guarantees a day full of celebration, humor and music. The most beautiful floats and colorful carnival groups adorn the streets and treat young and old to a spectacle. And of course, carnival is not complete without dressing up. The parade leaves at 2:30 p.m. from the seafront at the Astridplein and follows a route through Oostduinkerke-Bad. Find a spot along the route and enjoy! Admission is free.
